Grandson of the founder, Glenn has worked for the firm since 2004, becoming Managing Director and President in 2021. He loves coordinating people and teams, helping a great team do great things for great people. Glenn enjoys barbecuing, hiking, travelling and helping various charities such as at his 10-year-old son’s school. Fluent in English and French, he brings leadership and passion to everything he does.

Lu is known for her imaginative approach and refined design sensibility. She transforms client ideas into unique, functional spaces. She combines creative vision with a deep understanding of project requirements, ensuring designs not only inspire but also meet budgets and timelines. By fostering clear communication and collaboration from the start, Lu brings both artistry and precision to every project—making her an essential force on our team.

Jenna is a designer with 15+ years of experience helping clients transform a variety of residential, commercial and institutional interior and exterior spaces. Dedicated and enthusiastic, she has a proven track record in collaborating with diverse teams to create functional and aesthetically-pleasing spaces. She is currently involved in the design and management of projects from concept through completion, for the school market in Quebec and Ontario. As a designer, she is curious and imaginative, and often finds herself rearranging the furniture and decor in her home every few months!

Matthew has been working with Aquest Design for over 3.5 years. Since joining the team, he has played a key role in delivering a number of office and school renovation projects—from simple refreshments to full fit-outs! With a passion for bringing client ideas to life, he enjoys turning vision into reality through thoughtful coordination and attention to detail. Outside of work, Matthew is family oriented and spends a lot of time with his wife and kids.

With 8 years of experience in interior design, Niloofar specializes in corporate environments, focusing on office layouts, space planning, and project coordination. Her role spans site visits, developing efficient space strategies, producing 3D renderings, and managing cost estimates. Niloofar is passionate about creating functional, inspiring spaces that help clients optimize their work environments through thoughtful design. She is passionate about how thoughtful design can enhance everyday life and she loves discovering the little details that make a big difference.

Brant is an accomplished Studio Director at Aquest Design. With extensive experience overseeing multiple project teams, he brings strong leadership and strategic insight to our processes. Brant excels at balancing big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, ensuring projects stay aligned and on schedule. His collaborative approach and deep industry knowledge make him a steady and trusted guide for both clients and teams alike.

Talal works closely with clients to understand their space needs and ensure their vision is clearly communicated to the design team. With a client-first mindset and strong communication skills, Talal builds trusted relationships and guides clients through the process with care and clarity—always aiming to exceed expectations at every stage.

Bryce has been in the industry for 4 years now, working with leaders to learn the science-based methodology that makes for healthier and more prosperous learning environments. He enjoys working with leaders to embrace this knowledge and create thoughtfully designed spaces, and then actually seeing the students benefit from them. Bryce has been to nearly every end of Quebec, from Coaticook, to La Sarre, to Saluit, to Gaspé and even to Les Îsles de la Madeleine. He enjoys taking pictures of completed projects to share with the team that they might not otherwise get to see!

Leon is a seasoned project and finance leader at Aquest Design, specializing in workplace transformations across Canada. With advanced management training and a hands-on approach, he brings strategic insight and operational excellence to design and construction projects. Leon enjoys collaborating with clients to bring their project to life.

With 9 years of experience in finance and having majored principal accounting in high school, Annastasia brings precision and consistency to every aspect of her work. Her strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering accurate results helps deliver solutions shaped around the customer and grounded in trust, responsiveness, and reliability. What Annastasia enjoys most is the satisfaction that comes when everything balances perfectly. Annastasia speaks four languages, enjoys scuba diving, and loves listening music.

Jason has been with Aquest Design for many years, leading our operations and logistics with expertise and precision. He plays a key role in coordinating deliveries, managing installations, and ensuring every project is executed on time and on site.

Roland’s design career began at his Grandpa’s drafting table, where he spent hours watching him design engineering projects. He later became an electrical engineer in the UK for 8 years. After moving to Canada, he discovered a new passion for sales and client care, allowing him to meet and support many people across different fields over his 30 years here. Being part of the Aquest Design team is Roland’s career highlight, combining his passion and experience with a great team! He enjoys staying physically active through outdoor pursuits and volunteering with the Rapid Relief Team, supporting emergency workers in need.

With years of experience in interior design and client care, Melissa brings a unique blend of creativity and empathy to her role. She ensures that the voice of the brand is clear, consistent, and meaningful—building strong connections between the company, its clients, and the design community.

With over 25 years of experience in construction, Claude brings extensive knowledge in field management and logistics. Known for his practical approach and steady leadership on site, he ensures projects stay on track and run efficiently. Outside of work, Claude enjoys nature and water-based sports.

As Executive and Marketing Assistant at Aquest Design, Tiana supports and helps drive the company’s marketing efforts. With a strong passion for design and branding, she ensures that all communications reflect the company’s values and vision.
