Founded in 1928 and headquartered in Montreal, Canada Tire Inc. is a family business that supplies its customers with unique tire brands, differentiating themselves from their competition in the tire business. With distribution centers in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes, they pride themselves on offering a high quality, efficient service to their clients.
The client was looking for a turn-key service provider to allow them to focus on their critical, seasonal business. Product and colours suggested needed to withstand the rigours of a high-speed tire wholesaler. Product value was also key, as budgets were already stretched after building a new, large facility.
The Design Concept
Aquest designed and outfitted all the office and support spaces in the new Valleyfield office with a sophisticated colour palette in mind. The decision to use warm wood tones such as natural ash and walnut in addition to black and blue accents perfectly complements the contemporary feel of the space, while suiting the nature of the business. Hey, tires aren’t white!
The result
Aquest Design collaborated with the directors at Canada Tire transform the office into a bright, clean, and comfortable office space. Spaces including both private and open offices, a cafeteria, lounge area and conference room were outfitted with high quality pieces that are guaranteed to last.
