Colas Moreira Kazandjian Zikovsky, s.e.n.c.r.l. (CMKZ) is a law firm founded in 2008 by a group of highly specialized international trade lawyers whose common vision is to advise their clients globally, while guiding them locally.
Aquest Design worked with CMKZ to develop a crisp, modern office space that is both functional, aesthetically pleasing, and in line with their brand.
CMKZ has recently been renamed as Affilia Legal.
Vision & Strategy
Aquest used a design that draws on their visual identity, incorporating deep navy and burgundy tones that convey confidence and sophistication. Rich materials, clean lines, and thoughtful lighting create a timeless atmosphere, while ensuring the space supports focus, discretion, and collaboration. A mix of enclosed offices and open meeting areas was planned to align with the firm’s workflow and client interactions.
The Results
The finished workspace is elegant, tailored, and unmistakably aligned with Affilia’s brand. It strikes a balance between classic law firm prestige and modern, international sensibility. The new office supports team productivity, enhances the client experience, and positions the firm for its next chapter on the global stage. The updated offices provide a perfect blend of private spaces for confidential work and open flexible spaces that foster collaboration when possible.
